Als Coaching uses and stores your data solely for fulfilling a contract with you relating to personal training, consulting, nutritional advice, seminars or classes.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and understand the need for protection of all personal information provided by you to us. This privacy notice states what personal information we collect about you, why we collect it and what we do with it. We collect and may use many kinds of personal information to provide our services, including:

  • Contact Details: name, phone number, address and how to contact you
  • Date of birth and/or age and medical history if relevant
  • Communications: information we learn about you from communications between us, including weight, injuries, diet and more.

Als Coaching will keep your personal information for as long as you are a client. We may keep your data for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us or where you have made a transaction, your data will be removed 5 years after such transaction.
